I don't like using "pirate" for sharing non-rival goods.

The economics term that's usually meant by "non-scarce"
A good is "rivalrous" if one person using it prevents others from using it. A physical book is rivalrous. An e-book is non-rivalrous because any number of people can use it at the same time.
