Although we didn't visit/use it for photo-op purposes, there's an area opposite the Running Man sign that makes it look like you're part of the scene. I can't find an image of it, but the effect looks pretty good.

It doesn't cost any money to use it (it's just an area with white lines similar to the ones on the billboard that creates a neat optical illusion) If I remember rightly, it's on the other side of the bridge - but as I said, we forgot to find it.
It was one of multiple Mini-Me finds on TikTok.
Plus, there's a great street artist dressed as Spider-Man in Dōtonbori on one of those bridges - who does some very iconic poses.
