Not sure I agree with security and confidentiality here...

Security: Disputes settle on-chain in Lightning whereas Liquid you can get still get rugged. By what metric is Liquid more secure?

Confidentiality: Debatable, I know Liquid has confidential transactions but at the same time the anonymity set is much, much smaller.
