Has been for just over a year. (M4). Which suggests the BOE have again gone the wrong way at the wrong time on interest rates, having ignored the build up to inflation.
But no-one on the BOE monetary policy commitee can be sacked, so no consequences there...!

Makes sense, that basically tracks what the Fed's doing.

Imv, the BOE and the ECB take their cue from the US... they are effectively a central bank Fed Tracker Fund, like most trackers it doesn't quite hug the index, but it's pretty close!
