The DL session was a bit of a bust. My previous PR was 180kgs... But 200kg just wouldn't come off the ground, I really wanted it. Dropped down to 190kg and got that so got a new PR... But feels like a consolation prize when I had my sights set on that 200.
Then tried to bench to make myself feel better and couldn't hit my usual weights. Proper bummed out, but some days go like that.
