Friday is here and the weekend is about to start, time to check if our strategies worked and get tweaking if they needed an adjustment, I apologize for not being able to post yesterday, but rest assured that I sent you some good vibes your way as always, christmas eve is next Sunday so time for some great dinner and spend it with family and friends. Last minute shopping as well and plan the menu for the evening, the menu that was decided was cordon Bleu, Fettuccine and apple salad, so let's see if I can manage to get it right, first time for me to cook that so I'm hoping I'll get it right, already prepared with some tutorials so it doesn't seem complicated but we will see, I've got this!!
