I'll start. Mine is actually two options that consolidate into one.

Big purchase. Sell my home for 2.5x what I paid for it. This allows me to pay off a big HELOC that I used to buy 27 acres. And still affords me the ability to buy a way bigger home with way less mortgage principal. I'll go from a mortgage balance of $365,000 to around $280,000. Current home is 1,750 sqft. The home I'm wanting to write an offer on is 4,200 sqft.

This year, I have been using Bitrefill to settle part of my monthly expenses by buying NTUC FairPrice (supermarket) and GrabFood (food takeout) vouchers. What’s motivating about it is that it gives me a little cashback whenever I buy a gift card.

So, next year, I want to upscale my content creation efforts not just by posting more regularly on Stacker News, but also venturing out into Zapread and Wordform. My aim is to earn enough sats from my writing so that I can buy a Bitrefill card solely on the strength of my cashbacks. I have close to 3000 sats now, just another 16,000 sats to go!
