Interesting. "Flag" to me sounds like a way to report inappropriate or spam content to the admin. I'd probably never use that on SN. Wouldn't a down vote (or down zap) be more like if I disagreed with the comment/post? Seems functionally different.

i had this mode deactivated and it appeared in the feed. now it no longer appears but i can access the page via web address.
