Low effort post. Most of these are are ambiguous and a few are straight up wrong.

I speak as an RN who has watched many, including myself, follow these principles and fail which is why 80% of our population is obese and sick. Meanwhile, there are better options out there that stray from the norm, but that is too much information for one comment.
