If you want to loop out funds from multiple channels the cheapest method I think is boltz.exchange swap lightning to liquid. Blockstream Green mobile wallet has liquid support. Do 5-10 swaps to liquid depending on how many channels you want to loop out of. Then either hold liquid because you can swap into lightning cheaply as well and use that to balance. Or if you are against holding liquid after doing all the swaps do one swap from liquid to main chain when fees lower.
