Not a good answer imo because it makes it seem like a permissioned system then. And the ones opening the channel need money to open a channel to you. So not sustainable to do it for free either it seems.

Could you get a job that paid in BTC over lightning if you didnt have a lightning wallet? I guess they could keep a balance for you until you have enough to afford some inbound liquidity and withdraw.
