● Money doesn't buy happiness, but money is a tool. Different tools have different properties, so they have different jobs. Money is a tool that functions as a unit of account and acts as a store of value both to facilitate trade. There is deflationary money and inflationary money. Money is a battery that stores the value of our time and energy. For most people that are working and getting paid in a money that is inflationary. That means the currency units in circulation increase over time, which decreases the purchasing power of all units. Bitcoin is a deflationary currency and due to Gresham’s law will mostly be limited to transactions of greater value or necessity due to Bitcoin’s properties over other forms of money. Gresham’s law states that good money drives out bad, meaning that people will spend more inflationary currency and save in a more deflationary currency. A deflationary currency means there is a fixed supply which causes the purchasing power of the remaining supply to increase over time.

● Time is the scarcest asset, but Health is Wealth.

● There are little things that we can do to increase some aspects of our wellness. If you have trouble finding time or motivation to develop a structured plan, then what I propose would be to start now wherever you have the space.

● Take immediate and aggressive action so you develop a memory of starting your fitness journey on a Friday at 3:57 P.M. when you read a post or watched a video and did squats until your legs were sore and never looked back.

● Watching TV in bed? Work your abs do leg lifts, stretch and do range of motion/mobility exercises.

● Sitting at your desk? Stand beside it and do 10-30 squats every hour.

● Working from home? Make fitness part of your routine during your workday when you take breaks, you'll be surprised by how much work you can fit in during the day and if you couple that with the diet plan you can really make some consistent progress towards your goals.

● There are so many other ways that we can work fitness into our lives if we're just thinking about it, just like if you got money on your mind you want to also have your fitness on your mind because what good is all that money if you have to spend it on healthcare whenever you get older.

● I like to focus on the Fitness aspect of wellness because it is the most accessible for most people to make immediate changes to. Once you prove to yourself how powerful you are then it builds confidence to approach other areas of your life with the same tenacity.

● So just like there's ways to save money by doing certain things and having knowledge of tax law, there's also certain best practices in taking a holistic approach to Wellness that one can do to maintain or even improve each constituent and that's of what we're going to be talking about on the Proof of Work Fitness Page.
