Arent they shut down their custodial servers? (or something like that). Because I don't have a lot of satoshi though, and don't want to spend a lot of (for me) satoshi on opening channels etc.
they shut down their Lightning node. Yes, you will have to pay a miner fee to move the 50k sats to your on-chain address on Blue Wallet. Right now that could be anywhere from $1-$10.

I dont want to move it onchain currently because fees are around 10$ and thats why im looking for something safe and "cheap" that supports lightning ( because ln fees for opening channels are kinda expensive too)

if you're outside the US you could use Wallet of Satoshi. Green wallet by Blockstream is another option you can try. But there are fees associated with that too.

I dont mind with fees, but not to be high. I was thinking on moving to phoenix (self-custody) but i heard fees for first time opening channel is high

I believe you're asking for something that doesn't exist, unfortunately. If you want something "safe" (self custody) you'll need to pay for it. Trusting a third party without your own node on lightning isn't safe.
