Yeah that was me, 14 hours ago i solved the 12 words and loaded up the wallet and then transferred 11682 sats to it.

Another thing the "organizer" of this hunt cannot explain is how the "alleged" correct bitcoin address got funded just now, 2 hours ago, when this contest started on the 6th of december, and how the winner was able to snag up the bounty within minutes of this wallet being funded.
