Well, why don't you take that advice and think like a businessman and not like a begging NGO.
By taking Darth's advice, let me give you my "thinking like a bank" advice:
- you mentioned here and in that puff piece of podcast, the story about that El Salvador land project of yours. Putting it on a podium as a reason for us plebs to give you some bitcoin, just like that. Without giving any details about it, I have no idea what it is actually about. Instead of begging again on that puff piece of a podcast for 40min, next time use platform like that to promote your baby, the project. You're old enough to know that you cannot go to a bank and ask for money just because you have a great idea. So, on that note as a stack owner (bank) I give you a negative on your project presentation. P.S. (unrelated) that podcast guy should go back to grandma basement and grow his own weed, and let others make quality content for him to watch, waste of time.
