I'll start: in one year I got from 0 to 10 pullups, and now I can do 1 muscle-up.
My next goal is 5 muscle-ups and 20 dips

Great progress! Do you go to the gym or just working out outside/at home?

Thats awesome and great progress!
I could barely run a mile last year at this time and now I am training for my 2nd attempt at a marathon (first attempt had to quit at 20.5 miles due to dehydration and cramps)
One day I would love to pump out muscle ups! Are you familiar with Ian Barseagle? He is where I first saw someone do a muscle up. He looks like a machine.
Going from 0 pull ups to 5 muscle-ups is a major accomplishments! You can do it!
Keep up the good work!

Thanks!
Great job with running and good luck with the marathon! I heard it can wear out your knees pretty fast, can you share any tips to avoid that?
Oh yeah, I see Ian a lot on YouTube, he's unbelievable!

Cant say that I am an expert on that as I am pretty young and although i have had a few knee issues from other sports, Ive never had knee issues from running.
If I could say anything is important its building up your base and having good shoes.
