Today was our long day and I did 7 miles.

Last night was a late night so I got off to a slow start this morning.

I completed the 7 miles in about 1:05. Each mile was faster than the last one as I am trying to not go out too fast and end up dying on the way in.

Tomorrow we’ve got an upper body lift and a run!

Awesome. Keep it up. I used to be a runner. I have completed one full marathon and several half marathons. I was not very good art properly preparing. It is so important to build up slowly. i tended to hurt myself by not properly preparing.
