If your company is a tech company I would really suggest implementing and operating your own Bitcoin + Lightning node.
Some argument than you can use to persuade your boss are:

I work at a prototypeing company working mostly in the automotive space. Our customers are big OEM's like BMW, Porsche, Audi etc. Its hard to convince these customers. So i think about something that you can do in your company internally.

Then just accumulate as company reserve and from that "cache" pay employees for example.
