Love the idea.
If they can manage some kind of Gusto integration, I'd consider using it. ie I don't need to store or send Bitcoin to pay employees in Bitcoin, but an employee can select how they'd like to be paid and they do any necessary conversion during payroll.
No clue what Gusto is but Bitwage already lets you pay employees in BTC and handles all the conversion stuff automatically: https://www.bitwage.com

Gusto is a popular payroll management tool that a lot of startups use.
I'm aware of bitwage, but without an integration with something like Gusto, it's competing with Gusto which it likely falls far short of. At least on its employer integration side.
If the employee uses bitwage, it looks like it'd be compatible with any payroll system which is cool.
