This good enough for ya π. Going to go do some russian twists, some hanging knee raises and plank shoulder taps. That should cover abs effectively. 3sets of 15 each? All weighted? That'll get it done right?
Not gunna lie. I am gassed out after hitting 6min/km I feel like I might throw up. I'm by no means a runner. But we got abs to do now and I'm a man of my word. I think next time I do abs first...
