Asking why when no one else does. I've done this for many years in my career. It often results in a drastic change. To few people ask why. I have had some negative things happen due to this practice but in the long run it was a positive for me. If asking why is discouraged you probably need to make a change.
Idk if superpower but I recently discovered I'm pretty good at having conversations and keeping the topic about my discussion-partners topic in a way other people really like. People just like to talk about themselves/vent. But not in a way that I pressure/interrogate them but in a way it makes other people feel freeing. It doesn't always work depending on the situation and it has to be casual.
I would say mainly empathy. I feel everything from people to animals to plants. It is a beautiful gift and also very challenging when I am around other people. I love people so much but find myself alone mostly to protect my energy.
I have a highly sensitive sensory processing system. I can hear, smell, see, and taste things 100 times that of the norm.
This is great when stuff is good, a blast. I can hear and smell issues happening miles away first, which helps me act faster than most people in dangerous situations.
But it also means when something is bad, it's really really bad. I can't walk through perfume without gagging or eat stuff unless I make it myself according to what other people consider bland tastes. Everything is too rich.
asking stupid questions

I am here, but I am also not here
Learning from my mistakes
I can still scroll through my social media feed nonchalantly while holding my screaming-the-roof-down baby girl
My superpower is also my greatest weakness.

I’m invisible in the dark, however my silence can be deadly!
Kubernetes!
I can not smoke for about 6 hours every day without protesting. Normally between 23.30 and 5.30
Jedi Flipping
Hero dose
You name it
picking the most expensive item on a shelf
I have no superpowers. I rely on technology to do things (maybe that's why I have no superpowers...)
Oh, one last thing @DarthCoin:
Would an asshole make people ask themselves what they are especially good at? In the hope it might cheer them up?
What is your superpower @DarthCoin?
Be the last one in the line
