December 8th of 2022 I was about 45 pounds heavier than I am today. It was the day I committed to make a change! One of the most important days of my life!
To todays workout:
4 miles with 4 striders at the end. Felt pretty solid today
Still trying to figure out what my time goal for this marathon should be. Right now I am thinking breaking 4 hours would be solid.
Tomorrow we’ve got an easy run of 4-5 miles!

Either way I'm happy to hear about your weight loss success and that you're posting about it. Hopefully you encourage others to take care of their health as well.

Haven’t run a 5k race in a while so I couldn’t tell you super accurately what my time is/would be. When I was training for my first attempt I ran around a 23 minute 5k
