December 8th of 2022 I was about 45 pounds heavier than I am today. It was the day I committed to make a change! One of the most important days of my life!
To todays workout:
4 miles with 4 striders at the end.
Felt pretty solid today
Still trying to figure out what my time goal for this marathon should be. Right now I am thinking breaking 4 hours would be solid.
Tomorrow we’ve got an easy run of 4-5 miles!
