I'm doing it till i can bear the pain with the right form. Progress has been fluctuating, largely influenced by my mindset. My goal is to achieve a 7-minute milestone by block #840,000
My approach centers on mindful deep breathing—a rapid, deep inhalation through the nose followed by, slow exhale through the mouth, emphasizing abdominal breathing.
