Bitcoin can’t be made illegal. It’s protected under the constitution. There is Supreme Court Law that puts free and open source code like Bitcoin under freedom of speech. PGP was the legal case that set the framework for this! Tick tock next block!

They'll pass a law at some point. Warren or someone will get one through. Maybe it will be struck down by the SC, maybe not. It doesn't matter. Bitcoin will persist.
