Not knowing Argentina particularly well, it's hard to say exactly where Milei should start.
Where would you start in Milei's place?
In the US context, my focus would be on shutting down the completely unnecessary agencies and vetoing everything except for cuts and repeals.
How Not to Desocialize: Argentina Edition By Benjamin Seevers "While Argentina president-elect Javier Milei plans to privatize state-owned enterprises, there is a right way and a wrong way to privatize these entities. Murray Rothbard and Hans-Hermann Hoppe show the way."
Unlike others, Milei is a capitalist and I think he would start by dollarizing to lower inflation, he is going to try to eliminate corruption and he plans to eliminate the monopolies that politicians have in Argentina. I like how God wills and fulfills everything he said in the campaign

What has been seen in his speeches is exactly that, he plans to cut the ministries and only leave those that really do something for the citizens.
