Naw it’s not a shitcoin. Shitcoins have zero utility houses are needed to shelf humans from the harsh climate on earth. Providing space for someone to live temporarily is a good thing. If the owner is a slum lord then it can feel shitcoinery but I think in general it is a good thing.
