Nostr, Usenet, Torrent and probably even more that I'm not aware of are all protocols that aim to carve out decentralized niches. They aren't really redundant and have all their usecases. Tor is a vastly different technology. But anonymous onionsites and browsing enable something something very similar to decentralized web. Throw in Mastodon and Fediverse stuff in there maybe to.
Idk, seems like there is an overlap. Isn't this fragmentation harmful to the community? Should we bundle or make more interoperable or concentrate on one decentralization technology/one project?
