Braiins pool is probably your best bet. But they still take 10% if you withdraw less than 0.001btc (if I'm remembering right). I earn on avg 0.000008 BTC per day. It will take a while before I get to a no fee withdraw level... I'm fine with that. Maybe if this new pool, Ocean, implements lightning withdrawal it'll be the place for small miners to go.
