I was looking into doing something similar but the ROI didn't look very good to me but I also don't need a heater right now.
Did you happen to look into using an s19 instead of an s9? You can replace the fan on an s19 with an industrial exhuast fan like this: https://a.co/d/9RjamUk so it isn't crazy loud.

For sure, is important to have the ability to replace an existing heat source and actually need to use the heat. I am currently playing with the idea of replacing two more 2000w base-board heaters with a single S19 and that fan. I want to, but have not pulled the trigger yet.
