How are miners feeling about getting under-mined (haha, nice pun) by pools that give back the fat finger transactions?

Gate keeping and interception of fees seems 😤for the miner.

Does protocol care if this fair/not fair? Pay more attentions fat finger freaks.

Why not mine with pools that make payout at coinbase/transaction?
