For me it's just having a consistent rythm - go to sleep and wake up at the same time. It took me a few years to realize when people say that they actually actually mean it: no exceptions, no small delay here and there and yes, even waking up with the alarm on weekends.
The second thing for me was doing enough through the day. Counting steps. Do enough to be tired in the evening.
