Doesn’t need to be coded-up or complex. 

Could just be a bot post or comment in the saloon that acts like a bounty. Then gets paid out to someone random each day to anyone that contributes.

Could also just be something manually created each day. With a ‘theme’ for each day of the month to encourage comments.
