If Call of Duty’s AI detects foul language it bans you from all forms of communication for two weeks. You get no appeal process.

The issue is, you don’t have to curse, bully, etc… to get banned. If someone else reports you for no reason, if you killed them, banned. If proximity chat ques into a nearby player who is using “banned language” then to ur AI will up the words and your first amendment right to speech is taken away.

Between social media outlets (I’ve been banned and flagged on all account for my strictly non-politician bitcoin content, this is getting ridiculous.

Any lawyers here?
