Yes you can use a [lnurl-pay](https://river.com/learn/terms/l/lnurl/) code, or an AMP invoice, or an [AMP invoice](https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/111069/how-can-amp-invoices-be-static-in-lightning) if you think all participants are using lnd, or [bolt12](https://bolt12.org/) when that's ready.
