I can confirm. Asked a question the other day and someone gave a good answer but i ended up with more sats than him. If i recall correctly i gave him more sats than me when i saw it.

I see a lot of people asking questions (either as posts, or in a comment) and their questions are getting replies, but then those replies are earning zero sats.

Apparently SN airdropping free sats daily even isn't enough to cause a switch to a value for value mindset.
