I like my job, I do the best I can each day to provide value, but I am not making enough to stack sats after paying all the bills so what are the other ways I can get extra cash for stacking?
I'm curious what advice you're going to get, but I don't really have any.
I definitely don't stack enough at current prices to support my family. However, with an eye towards future prices, I am stacking thousands of sats everyday just on Stacker News, without taking it all that seriously, and that might not be trivial down the road.
Just being aware and around this space is a head start on other people, so I expect you'll do alright.

Woah I think I only get thousands per week. Haha

Zap big, zap often, and Stacker News will reward you.

I did increase my default from 10 to 20 sats recently. Okay let me raise it to 30 sats, starting with this comment haha

I won’t be so quick to discount your full-time job. Is there anything you are doing to deepen your expertise and carve a niche for yourself? For instance, I believe I am making a name for myself in the education fraternity in my country by being one of the early adopters of Generative AI. How is that related to stacking sats? Well, as I get more experienced with tools like ChatGPT, my brain juices start churning and I find myself wanting to write more reflective pieces about the role of AI in society. I have posted two such pieces on Stacker News so far. They didn’t do that shabbily. Anyway, to sum it up, something that dovetails between your full-time job and posting at Stacker News could help you stack sats faster than before. Good luck!

Thank you! Very good point

Get another 5-9 job. 12 hours of work per day, 8 hours sleep, 4 hours remain for commute, chores and feeding. Bonus if you're self employed for the second job, because you can directly affect your top line earnings by working harder/more effectively. Extra bonus if you work remote because you can probably do multiple jobs at the same time.
Doing Uber is actually just a way to withdraw on the value of your vehicle. You will depreciate the car faster and the earnings from gig work barely beat minimum wage after expenses/depreciation.
Doing micro tasks, or shitposting for sats is a waste of time if you are an able bodied person who can read/write english. There are greater opportunities abound.
Instead of wasting time with gig work or wasting time hoping strangers will tip you a few pennies, focus on gaining skills. Skills people will pay you for. Possibly skills you can do remotely.

It depends on where you live but I would start with doing what you can to stack sats by doing things you already do. If you're located in the US, I would start with using services like Fold, The Bitcoin Company, CoinMiles, Lolli, etc.
You can find a more extensive list here: https://whatsbitco.in/stack-sats-how
You might also try to do something like Uber or DoorDash on the side if you have the time or means.

Very good information thank you! I am def going to try Uber or Doordash and the other ones if they are available in my region

@piecover To be honest with you all I'm unemployed and here when you get hired, the fiat payment does not match your skill output. So have to be my own employer by hand crafting and steel work. At this stage the crafting items are just like a luxury item, not something that sells everyday and also folks here don't want to pay for what the item is worth. So now looking into another direction, I want to start making money ( Beeetcoin 😁) Online. Doing tasks, writing ( not good at though) or even selling something digital. So many options but I'm limited because of limited Internet connection. Anyhow, here is an idea for you if you are into digital art. You can start generating your own art using AI and then Sell that art. Come to think of it, would be cool if someone develop a platform where ppl like us can sell our digital art without having to pay a subscription fee. Here is one site I found where you can start for FREE, selling your ai generated images/art. Buy & SELL art: https://fineartamerica.com/

Excellent idea, Buy & SELL art, thank you!

Sell something online, ideally something novel that moves the world forward in some way. Find suppliers on Alibaba. Take bitcoin and when it's live I'll add you here: https://circularbtc.xyz

Might have to get another part time job. You could sell something too.
There are other ways to stack like here on SN, bitcoin magazine, fold app & slice browser extension. But these will not get you as much as a second job would.

Here's some advice that has served me well. Invest in yourself. It sounds like the problem you are trying to solve is increasing your income. Learn marketable skills either in a new field or your existing field. You said you aren't a coder but don't really know much more. I am a coder and have followed this advice for about twenty years and it has served me well. I've always had side hustles. I started by building sites for friends and family for free and cheap before I got my first IT job. Continued doing side work to learn new skills for the past 15 years.
You can do this in most fields you just have to want it bad enough. Not sure what skills you have but start thinking about stacking more knowledge and skills. The sats will be easier the stack then.

Thank you for sharing! I was thinking about selling things for people who have things they don't need on local classified websites and eventually pay to create a site that accept sats for unwanted stuff. Not sure if this can be profitable. not until I try I guess
reply
Yeah, selling stuff is good. Doing odd jobs for cash.
