Either the ETF is happening in October, or it's all a sham, lol. Another country has to do what El Salvador did, and/or we need an ETF approval for the longs to grow.

We've some hurdles to clear between where we are now and 60K. The first one is 55.8K which is (as of right now) a 21 Week high. After that, there's 59.6K, which would push us into a 24 Week high. From there, we're into the 26 Weeks+ which as you know, is looking back 6 months, which is where the 60K+ (almost 64.5K in fact) window is. Then we're in uncharted territory and 'here be dragons', or bears least ways. I.M.H.O there's much more to look at than simple stats and charts and my guess is not going to be any better than anyone else's as to when (and indeed if) we get that far before the year is out. Personally, I doubt it.
