So... a month ago a friend of mine tried to send 3 hardware wallets (Trezor, ColdCard and Ledger) to a dev he has been working with in Ethiopia.Customs denied the "import", told her it was illegal and that she (the dev) could go to jail for it.
DIY devices like SeedSigner, Specter DIY, custom built Jade, etc... could be solution here.
