Turns out that news is fake. The bill says nothing about making Bitcoin legal tender. Also, if the news was true, Taiwan would be the 3rd country to recognize Bitcoin as legal tender. The second country, the Central African Republic (CAR), reversed their decision due to numerous reasons that all come down to them not having the (technological, economic, political, etc.) infrastructure to support it
