I want to say that your pushup thing has legitimately inspired me. I'm doing pushups, situps, and squats. I have some ideas of what happens when the numbers start getting to be too high to do in one set.

So far. I mean, it's just four :)
I'll start breaking it into sets before too long. But part of the joy is having it be sooooo gradual. I've got a lot of injuries to work around.
