The legislature makes the laws.

The judiciary enforces them, but ONLY if people dispute when their rights are trampled on and are unable to get the issue resolved outside of court.

Expecting someone else to save you has never worked. You must LEARN to do it yourself. You definitely don't want to do it with a LIE-yer whose duties are to the court and his buddies inside of their collective private association first and foremost.

Call them out on their lies. Get the facts on the record so you can appeal to better judges. No lower judge wants to be overturned and no appellate or supreme court judge wants to lose his/her position that they worked decades for.

Bitcoin will win, but who knows how long that will take. It takes very few people standing up, enforcing their rights and helping others, to then help the rest of society. Be one of them.
