Not this year, but pretty recently - moving. Away from a metropolitan area that was rapidly becoming a shithole. Best decision I've made in a long time. Moving is not at all easy, but in hindsight, and also seeing the further changes in this metropolitan area - it was absolutely the right thing to do. I'm glad I was alert to the changes, weighed up the options, and made the move.
