I am thinking to not use my phone anymore after seeing how many hours a day I am “scrolling” from my iPhone statistics.
And this is even if I am limited myself only for Twitter, Stacker News and LinkedIn.
Thinking I will use less time just scrolling from my Mac and getting more things done but idea is to have more time for other things also that do things from computer.
Keeping it in Airport mode. Google maps, just in case, I have downloaded to my phone as I just arrived to the new city.
What is your experience with this and did you manage to use time drainer website less and get more things done (professionally and personaly).
Thanks for any useful feedback and how you (managed? Or not) do it and or how you think about this in geberal. Thanks.
As a bonus I should not get too much info for my brain (specially from Twitter even if nost things I see interest me) and as a privacy bonus my phone is not tracking my position anymore as I turned this off also (but is it really off).
I was doing great, until I discovered Stacker News. 😋
