Update: The website went offline this morning, and the hashrate I rented went to 0. Would you consider reimbursing for the downtime? Not sure how to contact you with the website being down.
Sure - it goes down momentarily when we roll out updates. Maybe you just caught it at a bad time?

Ok, no problem. Thanks for the quick response! Your website is working again, but the hashrate hasn't started back up yet, but I'm sure it will.
