All I know is that I'm top 5 in comment zapping almost every day and SN almost always pays back even more.
lol it's almost frustrating i can't get my stack to go down...
I'm going to keep raising my default zap until my stack stops going up. I'm also going to keep making these public service announcements until then.

I feel like SN is doing experiments lately, like writing top posts no longer getting rewards from the pool, maybe to encourage stackers to zap more?
Yeah, I thought @k00b said they were going to randomly switch between rewarding posts and rewarding zaps, but it's been zaps pretty consistently.
I've noticed that too. I'll look into it more today.

In general, I think the site was healthiest when we were rewarding zapping but that's based on intuition more than anything.

When/if you get a rewards notification in the morning, it will have details about what the rewards were based on.
Yes, but how can you tell what percentage you are for a given category? Everyone refers to these stats. Edit: Never mind. Now I see. You have to "click for further details."
