Maybe too niche, but if you're mining at home, nicehash has a withdraw minimum of only 2000 sats with lightning, making it possible to actually get paid with non-industrial miners.
In comparison, most pools would have minimums of at least 0.0015 BTC or so, which you might achieve in more than a year with home miners.

robosats and bitcoin atm's seem to be the easiest kyc free options. Used a bitcoin atm for the first time yesterday actually, was pretty satisfying.
I didn't want to say that it is impossible. I wanted to say that the size of the infrastructure is asymmetric ... if that makes sense
