Well, actually, on the neo-bank Revolut (that’s my referral code) you can get maybe the least-worst of both worlds?

Pro:

• free account
• bitcoin wallet
• send and receive bitcoins (taproot address)
• free creditcard (that works as a debit card, Revolut does not give you “credit”.

Con:

• kyc
• Europe only
• no Lightning yet
• you cannot spend ₿ right away. You need to convert some in the app to a fiat currency (this used to work but is now no longer possible)
