For me I used to think it was time, but now I think it's attention / memory. It's not that I don't have time to do more things, it's that I can't juggle too many tasks at once. I end up forgetting things and dropping the ball on stuff.

Mine is probably attention too depending on how we define attention, but it's really only scarce because I only have so much time to apply attention.
It's like the relationship between energy and power. If power is scarce, and your power generation methods are sufficient, the scarcity in power is caused by a scarcity of energy.
So time is like energy and attention is like power. I'm scarce in attention because I'm scarce on time.

Mine is money! I'm poor as hell, been living off savings for months. I don't take pride in it but I just do not care about money at all. It's very irresponsible and stupid, but the only thing I care about is science and programming. (Yes i have been diagnosed with Asperger's haha).
Just got a job today though, 6 figures, so that little problem is not so big a deal :)

Time is the scarcest resource and all other scarcities derive from that. No one knows how much time they have. I can tell you how long someone like you could live but I can’t tell you how long you’ll live.
Lack of attention is recognition that time is finite. With infinite time you could get infinitely distracted and it would have no impact. Same goes for bandwidth, etc. You’re feeling the second and third order impacts of Time.
We are all drawing from a bank of unknown depths.

As a harried father of two, I would say time is the obvious answer since my days and nights are preoccupied fulfilling all the myriad tasks needed to keep a toddler and a baby alive and healthy.
But on further consideration, freedom is actually my scarcest resource. If I look hard enough, there are pockets of downtime in parenting. For example, I just spent two hours with my toddler at an indoor playground. While he was excitedly catching up on his play routine, I found time to write a freelance article I had been commissioned to write.
On the other hand, I have limited freedom. After becoming a father, I find my social life dwindling to nothingness. I can’t even choose what I want to eat these days because I have to consider the food my toddler doesn’t want eating. (His diet consists mainly of chicken burgers and French fries.) To be honest, I sometimes feel suffocated because I think I am missing out on life. I used to lead a pretty active social life but these days, the furthest I venture is the shopping mall nearest my house.

Memory/attention/bandwidth can be trained and even externalized. Just write it down. Now you don't need to remember the thing. Just need to remember where you wrote the thing. Or get an assistant. Or hire a team to do your work.
Don't fool yourself. Time is your most limited resource.

Everyone will say time but it's actually time well spent. Whether that be time with the ones you love, doing the things you love or time spent learning or challenging yourself to get better or time well spent interacting with like minded folks on SN.
You shouldn't just guard your time to have more time, you should guard it to do things that enrich your life with it.

A more nuanced answer might be time that you are fully aware in the moment. But that might be another topic in itself

Time is the only correct answer. You can't ever create more of it, and you can't prevent your personal stash from draining.
