In any case, its mostly just expressing your experience of how you came to understand why shitcoins are bad for people and then extracting that out to be more generalizable.

In the US we have a few Bitcoin only meetings where we don't allow shitcoin discussion. We use phrases like "Well this is a Bitcoin meetup", "Oh I'm not interested in anything like that" and you know polite terms to decline some shitcoin someone is trying to shill. It also helps to only promote wallets and exchanges that support Bitcoin. (That way you know the exchange doesn't push a scam onto newbies)

Other than that well, just live life. You only have power to influence people around you afterall, you can't (and shouldn't desire to) control them so. Ultimately, a lot of people have to learn by being scammed and losing their money.
