Yes, you cannot use our card for shops inside these markets. However, you can get a card and use them outside these regions.

Outside of those regions, I can already use bitcoin directly in many places.
Bitrefill used to have access to Russia and Belarus, and where it was not possible to pay directly in bitcoin within those markets, bitrefill helped. But now this opportunity has been closed.
So your anon cards don't make sense to me.
